Description

Airlines around the world have been acquiring aircraft to record levels and already analysts are questioning their ability to hire enough qualified pilots to fly the aircraft.
There is a current shortage of pilots around the world. it is predicted that by 2020 the commercial aviation industry will have 60% of it's pilots retiring and be short of over 20,000 pilots. Lets face it, the world's polulation has increased their spending ability hence making commerical aviation a lucrative business. However, the industry is not curning out enough pilots to meet the consumer demand and airline's expansion. There are more planes built than pilots to fly them.

We a IATA understands this problem and have created a state of the art pilot training academy. This 4 ha of training facility is equipped with 2 hangers, a class room trianing building, 13 training airplanes and a commercial flight simulator. The facility was orginally built by Japan Airlines, however, in 2012 Japan AIrlines was in financial difficulties and gave up it's downstream integration and decided to write off the facility as a bad investment. The local county was left with a 20million USD investment facility that didnt have an operator.

The local county reached out to Aviation Expert Capt Jean-Marc Eloy, who has advised world leaders like Indonesian President B.J. Habibi on how to improve Indonesia's aviation industry. He was also VP at Pan Am and TWA and a pilot himself with well over 22,000 flight hours.

IATA currently has contracts with airlines like Japan Airlines and Malaysian Airlines to train their pilots. This company has a lot of potential for growth, a USD 1.5M investment gets you 25% in equity and entitles you to reside in the USA. Investors will be issued an investor visa by the United States government at which after 3 years individual may apply for a green card.

The USD 1.5M invesment my be broken down to smaller tranches of USD 500,000.
